Your personal information is handled by technology tools only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
EnginSoft adopts specific security measures designed to prevent data loss, the improper or unlawful use of personal data, and/or unauthorized access to the databases.

2) Registration on the virtual platform and access to related services

The personal data provided to us is subject to "processing" which is carried out in a manner that fully respects the rights, fundamental freedoms, and dignity of natural and legal persons, particularly with regard to confidentiality and personal identity. In accordance Italian Legislative Degree no. 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data and Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, No. 679/2016 (GDPR) and in order to obtain your consent we hereby inform you of the following:

Purposes of Data Processing

In order to participate in the online event, you must register on the platform. We inform you that the provision of the data requested in the registration form is optional, but a refusal to provide the information requested in the fields marked with an asterisk makes it impossible to register on the platform, to have a user profile and therefore to participate in or use the services offered. The personal data you provide is collected and managed, with the help of electronic or automated tools, for the following purposes, which are divided into three types:

1. Purposes related to participation in the event and use of the services offered:

the personal data provided is processed by EnginSoft in order to allow the person concerned to participate in the International CAE Conference and Exhibition and to fulfil other related obligations. These include the creation of a profile, the recognition of the person, and data collection for system functionality. After the event, EnginSoft may ask the participants to complete a satisfaction survey, in which they can express their opinion on various aspects of the event. This data will be processed to understand the participant’s degree of interest and appreciation in order to improve the services offered. Furthermore, in the three months after the event, participants will continue to be allowed to access and view the content.
The data provided shall only be disclosed to parties specifically appointed by EnginSoft and its technological partners (Coderblock), exclusively for technical purposes.

2. Purposes related to communication and marketing by the data controller (EnginSoft),

which may include, for example, sending information and promotional material, statistical analysis for marketing purposes, invitations to seminars, courses, webinars, information or promotional events. Data provided may only be used for these purposes with the prior consent of the person concerned.

3. Purposes related to marketing and communication by third parties,

which include, for example, sending information and promotional material, statistical analysis for marketing purposes, invitations to seminars, courses, webinars, information or promotional events. In this case, the personal data provided may be disclosed to third parties that actively participate in the events or stands in which the person concerned participates. The data provided may only be communicated to these third parties for their promotional activities with the prior consent of the person concerned.
